Orpington Villa Hall Trust Cafe is open to everyone and is Dementia friendly. The cafe runs from 1:30 to 3:30pm on the last Tuesday of every month.

The cafe is  a warm gathering with plenty of fun activities including chair-based exercises ( these are a HUGE hit with attendees) lead by  Eve who also holds a cardio rehab class at our halls twice a week.   Light refreshments are always served and there are plenty of people ready and waiting for a chat.

The cafe is FREE to attend, however and the Trust do welcome any donations. Orpington Villa Hall Trust is a charitable organisation depend 100% on donations and volunteers to  help run the group every month.
