CLEAR Synergy helps volunteer groups whose events have become very popular and too large to be managed and run by the members. The aim is to ensure that communities don't lose these great events, keeping the traditions and ethos of the events going whilst ensuring all the legal and safety requirements are met. CLEAR is a not-for-profit CCG company run by local event professionals; funds raised will support next year's event and fund park improvements.

This year, CLEAR will be managing the event in cooperation with Friends of Blake Park and in honour of all the fantastic volunteers and committee members who founded the event and gave their time to make it happen for their community year after year since its inception.
