Brenda's Dynamic Day Centre by Apex Life Care CIC provides a welcoming and innovative day care service for adults, elderly, and vulnerable individuals. Operating in Bromley, our goal is to promote well-being, independent living, and community engagement through tailored activities and a supportive environment.

Key features of our service include:

• Innovative sessions using Meta headsets for virtual and augmented reality aim to enhance mental, physical, and emotional health alongside traditional care & activities.
• Small group activities for up to 20 clients, fostering social interaction and independence.

Sessions are Half-day sessions last 4 hours, 9.30am - 1.30pm or 12.30pm - 4.30pm. Full-day sessions run for 7 hours, from 9.30am - 4.30pm with rates starting at £10/hour. Meals are included for refreshments, and lunch. A maximum of 20 clients may be accommodated at once (click on the image for more details).
