A free, drop-in event focused on community well-being, Hosted by Hayes Library and Hayes Wick Primary Care Network (PCN) to raise awareness about community well-being and how the PCN can provide non-medical support to patients.

When: Tuesday, January 21st, from 2:30 to 4:00 PM.

Where: Hayes Library

Activities:

• Learn about social prescribing in the local area.
• Get assistance with accessing NHS digital services.
• Chat informally with healthcare professionals from Hayes Wick PCN.
• Enjoy a cup of tea.

This event is open to everyone and aims to connect community members with resources that can improve their health and well-being.
